With a variety of one and two bedroom floor plans to choose from, Beecher Place residents also enjoy a variety of dining options to enjoy within our main building.

Our 52 Kensington Place apartments offer a large variety of spacious two-bedroom and two-bedroom plus a den options. Apartments range in size from 988 to 2,208 sq. ft.
Each apartment features high ceilings and open floor plans perfect for entertaining guests. Covered parking spaces are conveniently located under the apartment building. Enjoy the outdoors with a large balcony, beautiful pond views, and easy access to the Maple Knoll Arboretum and walking paths.
